exactly this happend with me, i have registered a complaint in there mail id. did you got any reply.
when you pay ax online system issues 2 recepts 1. the amount you paid an 2. the discount you get. it simple just go in umc and ask them to give the recept of actual amount paid i you put the complain the will ask you for money. jsut ask the cashier to give the recept.

It is a pleasant news that UMC is accepting property tax online. In the computer world make all work of common men’s requirements by this medium which will help to stop corruption to some extend.

Our building Nicky Nest apt, which is located opp 24 c school,goal Maidan area, Ulhasnagar-1, is not properly stand.it is old, nobody is going to see that what is happening with our building,just you are sending tax bills yearly to pay. Can you please send your respective people to find out if any repair require to maintain the building properly.Life is much more important. I think you must give us insurance for our life to our family members. Pls do the needful.

My sincere advise to make your own site available for payment online. i have observed that, HDFC gate way charges Rs. 500/- for this which is extra burdon on the tax payer.
This would certainly reduce the %age of non-payment of tax as people like me do not get chance to leave office in Mar every year for payment of tax.

I have paid my UMC Tax for Assessment Year 2017-18 for Rs.3830.31 on 16/02/2018 through Internet Banking system against Property No.012627100. I got UMC Payment Receipt Confirmation vide No.58652575. But, when I gave command for print receipt, it did not print.
The amount has been deducted from my SB account, paid to UMC and entry shows as “16/02/2018, StUBP-58652575 Rs.3830.31
Please arrange to send me receipt of payment or No Due certificate…
