List of declared dangerous structures

Nandlal Committee was formed to to probe illegal construction in the ulhasnagar city during 2003. out of 6000+ buildings or structures, Nandlal Committee listed 855 structures dangerous.

An ordinance was passed with increased FSI and 18 months time period was given for re-evaluation. All the buildings were suppose to reverify if structure only has FSI issue those could be regularised. Below is the official list of all the 855 structures based on data provided by Ulhasnagar Muncipal Corporation.
